+Slightly expanded text content from what I can tell I just think it'll help people decide which to try first or if they should try the other. When you are in the main menu you can change subtitles and languages how you want. While you are playing you just can change the subtitle on / off. So I'm just gonna list some of the differences I've seen between the two games(Russian & UE), probably will miss some things since I last played UE a while ago and I haven't yet made it through the Russian version. So yes, you can play with english voices and german subtitles.
